Bilal Mahmood, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at UR Medicine who focuses on hand, elbow, and peripheral nerve surgery. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center and a hand surgery fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery, and he serves as an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics at the University of Rochester.
