Biography
Dr. Marc J. O'Donnell is a UR Medicine orthopaedic surgeon and Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedics at the University of Rochester who focuses on hand and upper-extremity surgery. He completed his M.D. at NYU School of Medicine, orthopaedic surgery training at SUNY Upstate, and a hand surgery fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital. Board certified in both orthopaedic surgery and surgery of the hand, he has a particular interest in hand, wrist, and elbow biomechanics and is noted for upper-extremity trauma care as well as wide-awake hand procedures performed without sedation.
