Biography
Dr. Amole Ojo is a cardiac electrophysiologist at UR Medicine and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Rochester. He earned his medical degree at Rostov State Medical University, then completed internal medicine training at Rochester General Hospital, a cardiology fellowship at Westchester Medical Center, and an electrophysiology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. His practice focuses on heart-rhythm disorders, including catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation, supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, as well as pacemaker and defibrillator management. In addition to clinical care, he has published research on ventricular arrhythmia risk in patients with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators, including a 2024 JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology study.
