Biography
Dr. Abdallah Bitar is an interventional cardiologist with Rochester Regional Health and Rochester General Hospital who earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is part of Rochester Regional’s CHIP/CTO program, which focuses on complex coronary interventions, including long-standing coronary blockages, and the health system has highlighted his work in treating patients with fully blocked heart arteries. He has also contributed to cardiology research, including a 2024 publication on percutaneous treatment of LVAD outflow graft obstruction and thrombosis.
