Biography
Dr. Ankit Patel is a surgical oncologist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he serves as an Assistant Professor of Oncology in the Department of Surgical Oncology. He completed medical school at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a general surgery residency at the University of Rochester, and a complex general surgical oncology fellowship at Roswell Park; he is board certified in both general surgery and complex general surgical oncology. His practice has a particular focus on peritoneal surface malignancies and HIPEC, and before joining Roswell Park’s faculty he practiced surgical oncology with Rochester Regional Health.
