Stephen B Edge, MD

Stephen B. Edge, MD is a Buffalo surgical oncologist with longstanding expertise in breast cancer care and cancer quality improvement. He trained in surgery at Case Western Reserve University and completed a surgical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, and he serves as a professor at the University at Buffalo. At Roswell Park, he previously led the Breast Service and later returned after serving as cancer center director at Baptist Cancer Center in Memphis; his work has also included national leadership in cancer quality and staging, including service as Chair of the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, as described on his Roswell Park profile.
