Biography
Dr. Robert D. Bronstein is a professor of orthopaedics at UR Medicine whose practice focuses on sports medicine and injuries of the knee, shoulder, elbow, and ankle. He earned his MD from New Jersey Medical School, completed residency training at Rutgers/New Jersey Medical School, and went on to a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. A distinguishing part of his career is his long-standing work with competitive athletes: UR Medicine notes that he has served as a team physician for Rochester-area professional teams and currently works with the Rochester Amerks, where the club lists him as a medical consultant in orthopedics.
