Biography
Peter A. Kringstein, MD is a cardiologist with Rochester Regional Health who is affiliated with Rochester General Hospital. He earned his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, then completed residency and cardiovascular fellowship training at the University of Rochester Medical Center and UMass Chan Medical School, and he is board certified in cardiovascular disease. Earlier in his career, he also co-authored research at Mount Sinai on oxidative liver injury and cytochrome P450 biology.
