Biography
Seth M. Jacobson, MD, is a UR Medicine cardiologist and Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse and completed his internship, residency, and cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. A distinguishing part of his work is his leadership in cardiac rehabilitation, where UR Medicine has identified him as medical director of the program.
