Biography
Dr. Cecilia Meagher is a pediatric cardiologist with UR Medicine and a part-time Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Rochester. She earned her MD from Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons, completed pediatric training at Boston Children’s Hospital, and went on to a pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Her practice includes advanced echocardiography and general pediatric cardiology, with a particular interest in cardiogenetics screening for Marfan syndrome and related connective tissue disorders; her research has focused on surgical outcomes in congenital heart disease.
