Winston E Gaum, MD

Winston E. Gaum, MD, MBA, is a pediatric cardiologist with UR Medicine, where he serves as Professor Emeritus in the Department of Pediatrics, Cardiology. He earned his medical degree from Dalhousie University, completed pediatric cardiology training at Cincinnati Children’s/Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and later pursued clinical electrophysiology fellowship training at Indiana University. His professional background includes a longstanding focus on cardiac arrhythmias and adults with congenital heart disease, and he has also coauthored peer-reviewed work in Pediatric Cardiology, including a case report from the University of Rochester.
