Biography
Dr. Burr W. Hall is a UR Medicine cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist whose practice focuses on heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation and cardiac device management. He earned his MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, completed internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia, and went on to cardiology and electrophysiology fellowships at the University of Michigan. At the University of Rochester Medical Center, he serves as director of the cardiovascular fellowship program and has also led the Heart Station at Strong Memorial Hospital; his published work includes research on novel methods for detecting atrial fibrillation.
