Biography
Dr. James Kelly is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon focused on hand and upper-extremity care. He earned his D.O. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed orthopaedic surgery residency at Millcreek Community Hospital, and went on to a hand, upper-extremity, and microsurgery fellowship at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine. At Excelsior Orthopaedics, he treats patients of all ages, including infants and children, and his hospital practice includes Women & Children’s Hospital and Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. A distinguishing part of his public-facing work is ongoing patient education, including seminars on common hand and wrist conditions.
