Biography
Shimika Barrolle, DNP, FNP-BC, DCNP, is a dermatology nurse practitioner affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Center Department of Dermatology. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Emory University and completed a two-year postgraduate training program in medical dermatology. Barrolle has also contributed to dermatology education and scholarship, including coauthoring a 2024 article on implementing a postgraduate dermatology fellowship program for nurse practitioners at URMC.
