Michael J. Klotz, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with Rochester Regional Health and an affiliation with Rochester General Hospital. His training includes undergraduate study at the University of Pennsylvania, medical school at Columbia, an orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Rochester, and a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Penn.
