Biography
Victoria L. Brooks, MD, is a Buffalo psychiatrist affiliated with ECMC and the University at Buffalo’s Jacobs School of Medicine. A clinical associate professor of psychiatry, she leads education and community coordination for ECMC’s Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program and directs UB’s emergency psychiatry fellowship. Dr. Brooks earned her MD and completed her psychiatry residency at UB, is board certified in psychiatry, and has built a career around emergency psychiatry, including academic work and program leadership in that area.
