Biography
Steven L. Dubovsky, MD, is a psychiatrist and Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at the University at Buffalo, where he served as chair of the Department of Psychiatry until 2023. Before coming to Buffalo, he was vice chair of psychiatry and professor of psychiatry and medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. His professional work has centered on mood disorders, psychosis, psychosomatic medicine, and trauma, and he has also helped lead Buffalo-based community psychiatry initiatives aimed at expanding access to care.
