Biography
Dr. John H. Tu is a board-certified dermatologist and the medical director of Dermatology Associates of Rochester, where he also serves as principal investigator for the practice’s Skin Search clinical research program. He earned his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completed dermatology residency and a chief residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University, and later trained as a research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Wellman Laboratories of Photomedicine and the University of Rochester. His background also includes prior faculty service at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and additional graduate training in microbiology/immunology and optics.
