Stephen Michael Rauh, M.D.

Stephen Rauh, MD, is a Rochester colon and rectal surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, completed his general surgery training at the University of Rochester, and went on to fellowship training in colorectal surgery at the Lahey Clinic; he also maintained a faculty role at the University of Rochester, according to RCIPA. Over a more than three-decade career with Rochester Colon & Rectal Surgeons, he served as managing partner and, in 2008, helped perform the first robotic colon resection in upstate New York. Rauh also contributed to the specialty literature, including peer-reviewed research on rectal cancer treatment strategies.
