Biography
Dr. Paul Blackcloud is a board-certified dermatologist at UR Medicine and an assistant professor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, where he also serves as the dermatology residency program director. He earned his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, completed a transitional internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and finished his dermatology residency at UCLA Medical Center. His scholarly work has included publications on atopic dermatitis and psoriasis in skin of color.
