Biography
Gandhi Vallarapu, MD, is a psychiatrist and assistant professor of psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He earned his MD from Howard University College of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at the University at Buffalo, later entering outpatient psychiatry at Buffalo Psychiatric Center. During residency, he also contributed to a University at Buffalo quality-improvement research project on acute-phase ECT at the VA.
