Biography
Dr. Rami Elshaar is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Rochester Regional Health who completed his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Rochester Medical Center and a sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe. He serves as Medical Director of Shoulder Surgery at Rochester General Hospital, and during fellowship he worked as an assistant team physician for several professional and collegiate programs, including the Los Angeles Rams, Dodgers, Kings, and USC football. He has also contributed to orthopedic research, including a randomized controlled trial published in the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
