Biography
Alfonso Tan, MD, is a Buffalo-area psychiatrist who graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 1989 and completed his psychiatry residency at the University at Buffalo. In addition to clinical practice, he has held an academic role as an assistant professor of psychiatry at the University at Buffalo and co-authored a published review on treatment for pseudobulbar affect, reflecting a background that includes both patient care and psychiatric scholarship.
