Biography
Robert H. Ablove, MD, is an orthopaedic hand and upper-extremity surgeon in Buffalo who serves as a professor of orthopaedics at the University at Buffalo and is affiliated with UBMD and ECMC’s orthopedic service. At UB, he also serves as program director of the Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship. His published and faculty work has focused on upper-extremity reconstruction and research in joint and soft-tissue anatomy, and earlier in his career he served as chief of hand surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
