Biography
Christopher A. Ritter, MD, is an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon in Buffalo affiliated with UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and ECMC. He serves as ECMC’s chief of orthopedics and co-director of its Foot and Ankle Center, and is an associate clinical professor at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine. Dr. Ritter completed his orthopedic surgery residency at SUNY Buffalo and a fellowship at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute; his academic work has included research on total ankle arthroplasty and ankle injury imaging.
