Biography
Marc S. Fineberg, MD is an orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon with UBMD and a clinical associate professor at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School after residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, and he is board certified in orthopaedic surgery with subspecialty certification in orthopaedic sports medicine. Fineberg has served as chief of sports medicine at UB and as a team physician for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and University at Buffalo Athletics, reflecting a longstanding role in the region’s collegiate and professional sports community.
