Biography
Dr. Daniel Vargo is an orthopaedic surgeon at Excelsior Orthopaedics in Amherst whose practice is centered on adult hip and knee reconstruction. He earned his medical degree from the University at Buffalo, completed orthopaedic surgery residency at Tufts University Medical Center, and went on to fellowship training in adult joint reconstruction at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte. A Western New York native, he returned to the Buffalo area to practice after training, and he has also contributed to published research on outcomes after total knee arthroplasty.
