Biography
Dr. Rohit Gosain is a hematologic oncologist and medical director of Roswell Park Hematology Oncology Southtowns, where he also serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. His training includes residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore/Johns Hopkins and a hematology-oncology fellowship at Roswell Park. A distinguishing part of his background is that he first trained in computer engineering at the University of Waterloo before entering medicine, and he previously held leadership roles as chair of oncology and vice president of medicine at UPMC Chautauqua. He has also contributed to oncology research, including published work on neuroendocrine tumors.
