Biography
Dr. Sunita Patruni is a medical oncologist and hematologist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she serves as an assistant professor of oncology. She earned her MD from St. George’s University, completed her internal medicine residency at Allegheny Health Network, and went on to a hematology/oncology fellowship at Northwell Health, where she served as chief fellow. Her clinical interests include both hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, with a particular focus on gastrointestinal cancers, and her published work has included research on cancer-treatment disparities and reviews of newer therapies such as immunotherapy in esophagogastric cancer.
