Biography
Albert Schlisserman, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and founder of Southtowns Eye Center, which he started in 1981. He earned his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine, completed an internship at Millard Fillmore Hospital, and trained in ophthalmology at the Medical College of Virginia; before medical school, he was an award-winning accordionist and trumpeter who performed at venues including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center and served with the United States Army Band.
