Biography
Dr. Raphael Blochle is a vascular surgeon at Erie County Medical Center and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University at Buffalo. He earned his MD from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, then completed both his general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship in Buffalo. His current roles include chief of vascular surgery at ECMC and director of the Wound Care Center, and he is board certified in both general surgery and vascular surgery.
