Dr. Virginia Ramos is a psychiatrist at UR Medicine, where she serves as a senior instructor in the Department of Psychiatry’s Crisis Services. She earned her M.D. from New York Medical College in 2018, then completed both her psychiatry residency and fellowship at the University of Rochester.
