At URMC, she specializes in transplant psychiatry, particularly for patients in the Heart Transplant and ventricular assist device programs, and she is involved in resident education and supervision. According to her URMC research profile, she earned her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, completed psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai West/St. Luke's Hospitals as a chief resident, and went on to fellowship training in consultation-liaison psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine.
