Biography
Paul T. Rubery, MD is an orthopaedic spine surgeon at UR Medicine whose work focuses on scoliosis and spine surgery in both children and adults. According to the University of Rochester Medical Center, he earned his medical degree from Cornell, completed orthopaedic surgery residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and then returned to Rochester for fellowship training in spine surgery. He joined the University of Rochester faculty in 1994 and has gone on to serve as chair of orthopaedics and Marjorie Strong Wehle Professor; his academic interests have included patient-reported outcomes and value in spinal surgery.
