Alexandra Fotiou, MD is a Rochester psychiatrist with an MD from the University of Ottawa and residency and fellowship training at Stony Brook University Hospital, including fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry. She is board certified in geriatric psychiatry, practices with Rochester Regional Health, and also holds a voluntary clinical assistant professor appointment in psychiatry at UR Medicine. Earlier in her career, she co-authored a JAMA Neurology paper on presenilin-1 mutations associated with early-onset Alzheimer disease.
