Biography
Rurik C. Johnson, MD, FACS is a board-certified general surgeon with Surgical Associates of Western New York. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. In addition to his surgical practice, he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at SUNY Buffalo, and Catholic Health lists him as affiliated with Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Kenmore Mercy Hospital, and Sisters of Charity Hospital. He has also coauthored published work in pancreatic surgery.
