Dr. Rexford Lee Thomas Jr. is a board-certified surgeon at Southgate Medical Group whose background includes a PhD in organic chemistry from SUNY Buffalo's Roswell Park Division, a medical degree from the University at Buffalo earned magna cum laude, surgical residency training at SUNY Buffalo, and a fellowship in surgical oncology at the University of Pittsburgh. He also serves as an assistant clinical instructor of surgery at the University at Buffalo and has authored cancer research papers. He is affiliated with Mercy Hospital of Buffalo.
