Biography
Dr. Katherine Duffy is a psychiatrist at UR Medicine and a clinical faculty member in the University of Rochester’s geriatric psychiatry program, where she helps supervise residents in the Older Adults outpatient clinic. She earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland, completed an internal medicine internship at Boston University, and trained in psychiatry at St. Elizabeths and the University of Maryland. Board certified in psychiatry, Dr. Duffy has focused much of her recent work on geriatric mental health, with particular interests in how older adults adapt to aging and in the management of depression and anxiety.
