Biography
James A. Longo, MD, FACC, is a Syracuse cardiologist with Crouse Medical Practice and a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at SUNY Upstate. He trained at SUNY Upstate Medical University for medical school, residency, and fellowship, and is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. He was also the founding medical director of Le Moyne College’s Physician Assistant Program, a role he held from 1996 to 2017, and has taught medical and PA students for more than 35 years, according to the University of Notre Dame’s Inspired Leadership Initiative.
