Cynthia Taub, MD, MBA, is a cardiologist and echocardiography specialist who serves as Professor and Chair of Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Before joining Upstate, she was Chief of Cardiovascular Medicine at Dartmouth Health’s Heart and Vascular Center and Professor of Medicine at Geisel School of Medicine; Upstate notes her research and leadership in advanced echocardiography, women’s heart disease, and health care disparities, with more than 110 peer-reviewed publications. She is also listed by the American Society of Echocardiography as its President Elect.
