Biography
David J. Ciufo, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at UR Medicine and an assistant professor in the University of Rochester’s Department of Orthopaedics. He completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center and a foot and ankle surgery fellowship at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, and now serves as program director for Rochester’s Foot & Ankle Fellowship. His research focuses on foot and ankle biomechanics, degenerative conditions, and improving outcomes after orthopaedic trauma.
