Biography
Jennifer K. Lang, MD is a cardiologist with UBMD and an associate professor at the University at Buffalo’s Jacobs School of Medicine. A Buffalo native, she earned her medical degree at UB after studying molecular and cellular biology and neurobiology at Cornell, then completed both her internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at UB. In addition to caring for patients at Buffalo General Medical Center, Gates Vascular Institute, and the Buffalo VA, she serves as research director for UB’s cardiovascular disease fellowship and studies stem cell- and extracellular vesicle-based therapies for heart disease.
