Biography
Dr. George E. Matthews is a Buffalo-area cardiologist with more than 30 years of experience, and he earned his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. He has also served on the faculty of the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo and as chief of service for internal medicine at Kaleida Health. A distinguishing part of his background is his involvement in UB-Kaleida collaboration around data-driven approaches to improve liver-disease screening and community education in Western New York.
