Biography
Helen Cappuccino, MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgical oncologist in the Department of Breast Surgery at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she also serves as an assistant professor of oncology, alongside an assistant professor role in surgery at the University at Buffalo. A University at Buffalo medical school graduate, she completed residency training at Monmouth Medical Center, Jersey Shore Memorial Medical Center, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. A distinctive part of her academic work has been helping teach culinary medicine to UB medical students, reflecting a sustained interest in nutrition, wellness, and breast health.
