Biography
Dr. Michael Banas is a Buffalo-area cardiologist who trained at the University at Buffalo, completing medical school, an internal medicine residency, and a cardiology fellowship there. He has also served as a research assistant professor of medicine at the University at Buffalo and co-authored cardiovascular research on hibernating myocardium and sudden cardiac death, including a Journal of the American College of Cardiology paper. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and has been affiliated with Sisters of Charity Hospital.
