Thomas C Rosenthal, MD

Thomas C. Rosenthal, MD, is a family physician in Buffalo, New York, with a long career in primary care, medical education, and rural health. A 1975 graduate of the Jacobs School of Medicine, he completed family medicine residency training at Deaconess Hospital in Buffalo, practiced for years in Perry, New York, and later served as chair of the University at Buffalo’s Department of Family Medicine from 1994 until his retirement in 2013. University at Buffalo materials credit him with helping establish the school’s Division of Rural Health, its rural campus in Cuba, New York, and a residency program in rural health.
