Juliet Ann Emamaullee, M.D., PH.D.

Dr. Juliet Emamaullee is a University of Rochester transplant surgeon and surgeon-scientist who serves as the inaugural Research Director of the URMC Transplant Institute. Her UR Medicine profile notes board certification in general surgery, faculty appointments across surgery, medicine, microbiology and immunology, and cancer research, as well as MD and PhD training at the University of Alberta, general surgery residency at Emory University, and fellowship training in abdominal organ transplant/HPB surgery at the University of Alberta. Her research focuses on liver transplantation, transplant immunology, and single-cell and computational approaches to human liver disease.
