Biography
Sridhar Rachala, MD, is a Buffalo orthopaedic surgeon whose work centers on adult hip and knee reconstruction, including complex revision cases and periprosthetic joint infection. After earning his medical degree at Osmania Medical College, he completed orthopaedic training at Osmania General Hospital and SUNY Buffalo, followed by a Mayo Clinic fellowship in lower-extremity adult reconstructive surgery. He is a clinical assistant professor at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and has served as medical director of joint replacement at Buffalo General Medical Center; his academic work has included published research on knee osteoarthritis and joint loading.
