Melissa Oltz, O.D., F.A.A.O., is an optometrist with Cortland Eye Center, which she joined in 2018. Her background includes a Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry, ocular disease residency training through the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center and Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and a B.S. from Cornell University. Cortland Eye Center also notes that she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has lectured on ocular topics including rosacea, herpes viral eye disease, low vision, and dry eye; she co-authored the review article “Rosacea and its ocular manifestations” in Optometry.
