Philip R. Niswander, MD, FACS, is a Williamsville ophthalmologist with a focus in cataract and implant lens surgery at Niswander Eye Center. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, completed an internal medicine internship at SUNY Buffalo and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital; he is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has held a Clinical Assistant Professor title in ophthalmology at SUNY.
